Returns & Exchanges

Every piece is made by hand, one at a time, and it should feel right in yours.

Because so much of what's here is made from fabric that only comes around once, returns work a little differently than at a big shop. Each product page tells you exactly where that piece stands, so there are never any surprises.

One of a Kind pieces — final sale

Some fabrics come into the studio once and never again. Those pieces are made in a run of one or two, marked One of a Kind · Final Sale on their product page, and can't be returned or exchanged.

If you're deciding on one, reach out first — we'll gladly send more photos, exact measurements, or a scale reference so you can choose with confidence.

Everyday Favorites — 30-day returns

Pieces marked 30-Day Returns can come back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, as long as they're unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is covered by you, and we'll send instructions as soon as you reach out.

Damaged, defective, or not what you ordered

This one has no exceptions and no tiers. Please look over your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or defective, or if the wrong item shows up, contact us right away and we'll make it right. This is never your problem to absorb.

Would you rather have something else?

Reach out and we'll tell you what's currently in the shop. Most pieces are made in a run of one or two, so an exact swap often isn't possible — but if something else catches your eye, we're glad to arrange an exchange when it's available.
