Return and Refund Policy
If you’ve purchased handbags and/or pouches from Allie Sew Crafty, but decided they aren’t the right ones, we will try to find a better handbag and/or pouch for you, and be happy to exchange the handbag or pouch for you.
You, the buyer are responsible for return shipping costs.
We accept returns* and will issue a store credit for the original purchase price or refund (less a 15% restocking fee) after the handbag and/or pouch has been returned to us.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to notify us at info@alliesewcrafty.com about your intention to make a return.
You'll have an additional 14 days to return them by post. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
* Returns/exchanges does not include sale, clearance, custom designs, or PDF sewing patterns which are immediately available for download.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged: custom products, clearance items, digital products, subscriptions, gift cards, or books. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
